**PARENT HACK IF FILLING OUT MULTIPLE FORMS**
Fill out one form with all the information that would be repeated on each form (e.g. address, insurance info, parent/guardian info, etc.) while leaving the names of each kid blank. Make however many copies needed and then add the kid's information. This will save you time and frustration. We've been there. We get it.
